What makes us different from the average contractors in the area are the extras we put into our job. In addition to HVAC we are also in the Indoor Air Quality business. We offer Humidification, Air Filters, along with Air Cleaners, and UV Lights to protect your family from the germs, and allergies caused by particle in the air. "We Care For Our Customers Air". We meet the Homeowner and go over their specific needs and placement of key factors of their home before we install the HVAC system.
We run a computerized Manual J Duct Calculation on every project! We install a float pan switch, which keeps water off the floor or ceiling for protection, should any problems arise with the unit. The float switch will disable the unit, which leads the customer to call the technician.
We soundproof our unit by adding foam blocks to the unit in the pan, which leads to noise reduction. We use take-offs with foam sealants for the trunk connections and we us tytons and tape at each connection. That makes our duct work sealed 3 times at each connection.
We add mastic to the unit at the plenums, trunk lines, and at each connection making the ductwork sealed for the maximum output of each run.
Floor installs include plastic boot covers. They keep out the construction debris, making a neat install, keeping the HVAC system particle free upon startup.
Ceiling installs use boot rails to attach the boots. We also insulate all boots so there is reduced condensation or staining due to condensation of boots on sheetrock ceilings.
For Crawl space installs, we hang the unit on Unistrut from the floor joist, to keep the unit level and away from mud under the house. We add a Digital Non-Programmable T-Stat to every job. We add mastic to the unit at the plenums, trunk lines, and at each connection making the ductwork sealed for the maximum output of each run.
